The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (University), on behalf of its Office of Business and Financial Services, Human Resources Division, at its three campuses, Chicago, Springfield and Urbana-Champaign, is soliciting information from qualified firms (Information Provider) regarding employee compensation consulting services. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. As a result of this RFI, the University may subsequently develop a Request for Proposal (RFP). The issuance of this RFI does not commit the University to any procurement of services of any kind. A response to this RFI will be a prerequisite for submitting a response to any subsequent RFP for the services for which information is being solicited.
