The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, on behalf of its Chicago Campus, is soliciting information from qualified and licensed property management firms regarding a contract with a private entity that may propose a master lease agreement involving the property management of University-owned South Campus office and retail space for a minimum term of 10 years.
The University will hold a mandatory pre-proposal conference at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Barbara's Books, located at 1218 S. Halsted Ave. (corner of Halsted and Roosevelt Road), at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30th, 2007. Representatives of University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Public parking is available on Maxwell Street, one block east of Halsted. Prospective proposers must respond to the UIC Purchasing Division reception desk at 312-996-2850 or Mike Hallahan at hallahan@uillinois.edu on or before May 22nd, 2007, with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of 2 representatives from each firm may attend.
