The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago (University or UIMCC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) to provide patient monitoring systems including parts, maintenance, repairs and service for the three (3) year period May 26, 2008 through June 30, 2011 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
Please note that the Request for Proposals due date has been changed to Monday, February 11th, 2008 at the same due time of 3:00 p.m. at the same location as indicated in the original bid document.

Submit 15 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
