The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the department of University Student Financial Services and Cashier Operation is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide an inbound call center solution for the period February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2009 with the University's option to renew for eight additional twelve-month periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need, appropriate price reductions, and availability of funds.
The University will hold a pre proposal conference at the Office of Business and Financial Services, 3rd floor, 809 South Marshfield Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612 at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 8, 2007. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers must respond to Milan J. Valuch, Contract Coordinator via email firstname.lastname@example.org or 312-996-2850 on or before Friday, January 5, 2007 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of two representatives from each firm may attend.
