The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago and it's Department of Patient Access is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide an Patient Registration Audit Solution for the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010 with the University's option to renew for 7 additional 12-month periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, and continuing need.
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference at Office of Business and Financial Services, 3rd floor, 809 South Marshfield Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612 at 9:30 a.m. on Thurday, May 31, 2007. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers must respond to Milan J. Valuch, Contract Coordinator by e-mail mvaluch@uic.edu or 312-996-2850 on or before Wednesday, May 30, 2007 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of 2 representatives from each firm may attend.
