The purpose of this announcement is to correct the original award as the number of renewals was misstated. The contract award term published on July 28,2008 indicated one 3-year term with three 1-year renewals in error. The correct term is one 3-year term with two 2-year renewals.

The University is currently in month ten of Renewal 2 of 2 which expires on June 30, 2014.

This corrects the Award Notice published July 28, 2008 and Renewal Notices published June 11, 2010, March 17, 2011 and May 30, 2012.

The University invites sealed bid proposals for an experienced firm to provide transfer stations and disposal sites for regular refuse within 30 miles of the University of Illinois at Chicago campus. The contract begins July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010, with option to renew for 2 more two-year periods.
