The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University of Illinois at Chicago (“University”) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to equip and operate a café (“Café”) located on the first and mezzanine floors of the University Hall building at 601 S. Morgan, Chicago, Illinois for the period commencing January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2015 with options to renew for three (3) additional one year periods. The University will hold a mandatory pre-proposal conference at University of Illinois at Chicago, UIC Student Center East, 750 South Halsted Street, Room 713 Chicago, Illinois at 9:30 AM CDT on December 1, 2009.
