The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Student Affairs/Campus Auxiliary Services ("University") is seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") to operate a 9,095 square foot general books/trade/used bookstore (the "Bookstore") located at 1218 S. Halsted Street, Chicago, IL as part of the retail center known as University Village Marketplace (“UVM”), for the period August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2013 with the option to renew for two additional three-year periods under the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need, and mutual agreement. There will be a pre-proposal conference on March 28, 2011 at UVM Bookstore Concession Site, 1218 South Halsted Street, Chicago, IL.
Include one CD-ROM containing all information in your submitted proposal.
