for a campus recreation facilities feasibility and programming study consultant (Request # NJD-059).

The University of Illinois at Chicago Campus Recreation Office is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide additional data and services for a feasibility study to investigate the campus' need for new and/or renovated recreation facilities. The contractor will utilize information and outcomes from the initial phases of this project to refine the scope and breadth of the final phase and manage a student referendum seeking support for the student fee-based project.

The contractor must respond in detail to the Request for Proposal, providing a Program Plan and demonstrated experience with similiar projects. (Submitted by Thomas L. Gardner, State Purchasing Officer.)
