The University of Illinois Medical Center is seeking proposals for a food management system to automate back-of-the-house food service, patient management, and clinical nutrition functions such as menu planning, purchasing, inventory, automatic order entry, production planning, recipe management, forecasting, costing and control, nutritional labeling, automated Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, diet office management and food/drug interaction.
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference on Friday, February 28, 2003 at 1:00 PM at the Food and Cafeteria Services Conference Room; C-400, University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center, 1740 West Taylor, Chicago, Illinois 60612. If unable to attend, contact the technical representative to schedule an individual conference.
