The University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking proposals from suppliers for a student immunization tracking software. The supplier must deliver a system that can import existing legacy data; download bio demographic data from SCT Banner as students are admitted; output a stream of data to SCT Banner indicating compliance, non-compliance or temporary compliance; provide a web page for students to view their level of compliance; allow users in professional colleges to view data; and allow for tracking of immunizations beyond the minimal requirements of the State of Illinois.
