The goal is to purchase a customizable communications software system that will enable users to share and store knowledge efficiently; a system which will enable our staff to quickly find answers, allowing them to reduce the time required to address customer needs. The University wants to implement a web accessible knowledgebase that will empower customers with immediate access to all the information they need 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
