A pre proposal conference will be held at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago, 1740 West Taylor, at 10:00am to 11:00am on November 24, 2009 in Room 1310. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers must call Ms. Mattie McGraw at 312-996-2850 on or before November 23, 2009 with firm’s name and number of attendees. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm may attend

Submit 8 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
