The University will hold a pre-proposal conference at the University of Illinois Medical Center, 1740 West Taylor, Suite 1300, Chicago IL 60612 from 3:30pm-4:30pm CST on Tuesday, November 9, 2010. The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures.
Prospective Proposers must respond to the Purchasing Receptionist at (312) 996-2850 or to Ruth Rios via email at riosr@uic.edu on or before November 8, 2010 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm may attend.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
