The University will hold a pre-proposal conference call-in on March 9, 2012 from 11:00am to Noon (Central Standard Time). The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. Representatives of the University will be present on-line to answer any questions regarding the services requested and to review proposal procedures contained in the RFP. The call in number is 877-402-9757 and the Code to enter the conference is 8525259. As a matter of clarification, no new information will be or may be discussed. What may be discussed is already contained in the RFP. Prospective Proposers must respond to the Purchasing Receptionist at (312) 996-2850 before March 8, 2012 with the firm’s name and contact calling in. Please have a copy of the RFP document at the pre-proposal telephone conference.

Submit 1 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
