The University will hold a pre-proposal conference call-in on June 7, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 12:30pm (Central Daylight Time). The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. Representatives of the University will be present on-line to answer any questions regarding the services requested and to review proposal procedures contained in the RFP. Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.
