The University will hold a pre-proposal conference call-in on June 7, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 12:30pm (Central Daylight Time). The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory. Representatives of the University will be present on-line to answer any questions regarding the services requested and to review proposal procedures contained in the RFP.

Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
