The University will hold a pre-bid conference at 601 S. Morgan Street in Room 2150 University Hall, College of Business Administration, Chicago IL 60607 on Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Representatives of the University will be present to answer questions regarding the items requested and the bidding procedures. Prospective bidders should respond to Tracy Rogers via email at tlrogers@uillinois.edu on or before Friday, March 18, 2011, with the firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm may attend.
