The University awarded a contract for School of Public Health's 40th Anniversary Gala.
The School of Public Health's 40th Anniversary Gala is a celebratory event to recognize 40 years of academic growth and success in the public health community. This is a high-profile function attended primarily by University Administrators, donors, alumni, faculty, staff and students. The keynote speaker is the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Leymah Gbowee and eight distinguished alumni and philanthropic volunteer awards will be presented. This event will be held at the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because
the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
