The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Ceramic Engineering Building - Room 218 Remodeling - Urbana project.
Project Description
The project consists of remodeling Lecture Hall including replacing finishes, new seating, new ceiling, new doors, new projection screens and equipment, new lighting, heating modifications, ductwork for future heating and A/C system.
Bid Proposals
Division III through Division V work - Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, March 7, 2000.
Division I work - Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, March 9, 2000.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, March 9, 2000. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the site, Room 218 Ceramics Engineering Building, 105 S. Goodwin Ave., Urbana, IL at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, February 18, 2000. Representatives of the owner and the architect/Engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
