The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Orchard Downs Bicycle Parking Addition - Phase II - Urbana project.
Project Description
This project involves construction of concrete pads, provisions, and installation of bicycle loops.
Bid Proposals
Submit all proposals to the Board of Trustees at: The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, c/o Office for Project Planning & Facility Management, 807 S. Wright St., Suite 320, Champaign, IL 61820, Attention: Duane Border (border@uiuc.edu).
Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, January 27, 2000. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held in Room 514 of the Illini Union Bookstore, 807 S. Wright St., Champaign, IL 61820 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on January 20, 2000. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
