This project will completely renovate two wet laboratories of approximately 5,300 sq. ft. (Rooms 216 and 219) in Roger Adams Laboratory. Work includes all new finishes, lab casework and benches, some fume hoods, new electrical and lighting, new HVAC, and new communications work.
In addition to the laboratory renovation, the Department of Chemical Engineering will reconfigure their conference room to accommodate larger meetings and will refurbish existing offices with all new finishes including ceilings, some new electrical and lighting, new HVAC, and new communications work for the approximately 2,770 sq. ft. of space.
Previously, a master plan was developed by an Architect/Engineer firm for the phased remodeling of Roger Adams Lab, and Phase I has been completed by the same firm.
