The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Noyes Laboratory Remodeling - Lecture Room 100 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign project.
The project consists of remodeling 2600sf Lecture Hall including replacing finishes, new seating, new ceiling, new doors, new projection screens and equipment, new lighting and power distribution, heating and AC ductwork modifications.
Bids will be received up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, March 22, 2001, for Division II - Plumbing Work, Division III-Heating Work, and Division V- Electrical Work. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, March 22, 2001 for Division I - General Work. Submit all proposals to the Board of Trustees at:

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, March 22, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the site at 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, March 15, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
