The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Henry Administration Building Phase III at the Urbana Campus project.
The project consists of selective demolition, renovation and remodeling of selected 2nd floor office spaces including ceiling, wall, and floor finishes; new mechanical systems; electrical improvements; and construction of a new mechanical room at the attic level with duct extensions down through 3rd floor and into 2nd floor remodeled spaces.
Bids will be received up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, April 30, 2002, for Division III (Heating), Division IV (Ventilation) and Division V (Electrical). Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, May 2, 2002, for Division I (General). Submit all proposals to the Board of Trustees at:

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, May 2, 2002. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held in Room 514 Illini Union Bookstore, 807 S. Wright St., Champaign, IL 61820 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time on April 11, 2002. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
