The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Harvey/Clark Parking Lot at the Urbana Campus.
Project Description
The project consists of work, materials, labor and equipment required to construct curbs, pavement, sewers and appurtenances for an at-grade parking lot.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, August 7, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
Prebid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held in room 514 of the Illini Union Bookstore, 807 S. Wright St., Champaign, IL at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, July 24, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
