Request for Professional Services Qualifications (QBS): Harvey/Clark Parking Lot

Project Description
The project consists of site demolition/removals, parking lot pavement, storm water systems, concrete curb, and lighting. The consultant will be asked to provide a topographic survey, develop schematic design documents and cost estimates, bid documents and cost estimates, assist with bidding, and perform construction observation and administration. Parking lot to be built east of the WILL facility on University property south of Clark Street and West of Harvey.

Proposals
Firms should submit four copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by November 17, 2000 addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an engineer in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Business presence in Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system

Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
