Project Description

The selected consultant will provide professional services for the Relocation of State Survey's Research Ponds and Adjacent Facilities Project which consists of constructing replacement facilities for the existing fish research ponds and adjacent buildings currently located west of First Street to a proposed location west of Lincoln Avenue extended. Ponds to be designed to stringent specifications with controlled inflow and outflow. Construction must be conducive to quick establishment of aquatic vegetation. Buildings are to be of modest construction with minimum utility service.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an engineer in the State of Illinois with a support member licensed to practice as an architect in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Business presence in Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
