The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Gregory Drive Residence Hall Lighting Systems Upgrade at the Urbana Campus.
The project consists of electrical work and includes light fixture replacement, exit sign replacement, ceiling replacement, other miscellaneous electrical work.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, March 13, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A prebid conference will be held in Room 30A in the basement of Gregory Drive Residence Halls Food Services Building, Gregory Drive, Champaign, IL at 2:00p.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, March 7, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
