The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Hopkins Hall Roof Replacement at the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign.

Project Description
The project consists of roof tear-off and replacement with fully adhered single-ply membrane system, including insulation and flashings for the area of approximately 222 squares on Hopkins Hall.

Bid Dates:

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, April 5, 2001, for Division I - General Work. Submit all proposals to the Board of Trustees at:

Pre-Bid Meeting
A pre-bid conference will be held in the basement Conference Room of Gregory Residence Hall Food Service Building, 103 E. Gregory Dr., Champaign, IL, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, March 29, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
