Description of Project:
This project will involve the expansion of the south side of the first floor and expansion of the basement of the east wing of the Small Animal Clinic (SAC). This scope is intended to improve the client waiting room, client services and medical records area, communications area, and provide space for several multi-purpose rooms in the SAC. This project will include an estimated addition of 9,200 square feet in the SAC.

Firms should submit four copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 16, 2001 addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an Architect in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
