The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Assembly Hall Gridiron Augmentation at the Urbana Campus.
Project Description
The project consists of providing wire rope cable assemblies, through-bolted through the roof, roof patching and weather caps, and tethers as shown on the drawings. You must be able to provide specific experience regarding the above description to be prequalified for this project.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, July 24, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
Prebid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held in Room 504 at the Illini Union Bookstore, 807 S. Wright St., Champaign, IL 61820 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, July 17, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
