The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall and Allen Hall - Replace Flat Roof Sections at the Urbana Campus project.

Project Description
The project consists of roof tear-off and replacement with fully-adhered single-ply membrane system, including tapered rigid insulation and flashings for the area of approximately 340 squares (including Alternate Bid areas) as shown on the drawings for the Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall and Allen Hall.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, April 18, 2002. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

Pre-Bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held in Room #21, Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall, 1005 S. Lincoln Ave., Urbana, Illinois, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, April 10, 2002. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
