The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Willard Airport New Terminal Building Remodeling at Urbana Campus project.

Project Description
The project consists of selective demolition, renovation and remodeling of existing toilet rooms located at the main floor off of lobby, and at the upper level passenger lounge beyond the security check. Work includes new floor surfacing, replacement of lavatory counters with integral fixture/counter assemblies, new lighting, and specific power wiring and low voltage wiring to devices.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, May 28, 2002. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

Pre-Bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held in the Airport Manager's Office, 2nd Floor Willard Airport, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, May 21, 2002. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
