Project Description
In order to permit normal restroom operations of Memorial Stadium during the winter football season, the existing restrooms need heat to prevent pipes from freezing and to provide for human comfort. The scope of the project will provide a new high voltage feed to Memorial Stadium and install electric heaters in the restrooms.

Firms should submit three copies of the following: letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2002 addressed to:

Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

Engineer Qualifications
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an engineer in the State of Illinois;
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board;
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois;
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system.
