Develop a feasibility study for Lincoln Hall to update a previous (1999) Feasibility Study. It will consider the practicality of making major improvements to support current and projected programs, a well as changes required to bring it up to current standards and expectations. The renovation process will include a complete new office configuration build-out and all new infrastructure for heating, air conditioning, electrical, data and telecommunications. Connection to the Campus Chilled Water Loop is planned. The study will develop concepts to determine structural, mechanical and architectural needs and their budgetary cost impacts.
