Project Description
Develop a feasibility study for Lincoln Hall to update a previous (1999) Feasibility Study. It will consider the practicality of making major improvements to support current and projected programs, a well as changes required to bring it up to current standards and expectations. The renovation process will include a complete new office configuration build-out and all new infrastructure for heating, air conditioning, electrical, data and telecommunications. Connection to the Campus Chilled Water Loop is planned. The study will develop concepts to determine structural, mechanical and architectural needs and their budgetary cost impacts.

Proposals
Firms should submit one electronic copy of a CDB SF 255 form* (in pdf format) by 4:00 p.m.,Wednesday, February 11, 2004.

Firms should also submit 1 hard copy of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 6/25/02) by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2004, addressed to:

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • �Licensed to practice as an architect in the State of Illinois
  • �Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • �Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • �Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
