Request for Information: CEMMS Clean Room Lab Remodel

Description of Project
This project will remodel the new Center on the 2nd floor of the north wing (1,000 gsf) of the Mechanical Engineering Building. It will develop a class 100 clean room laboratory, which will have central air conditioning and heating and a full complement of laboratory utilities as outlined in the Program Statement. The UIUC North Campus Chiller Plant will provide chilled water for HVAC system.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Personal Computer: Microprocessor speed of 100mhz or higher, 24Mb RAM, and a monitor capable of at least 800 x 600 pixel resolution.
  • Internet Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher is recommended.
  • E-mail: PRZM requires the user to have a valid e-mail account.
  • Software: At various stages of PRZM, users will be required to attach their documents to PRZM
  • Computer-Aided Drawing (CAD) viewer
