The University wishes to lease class "A" office space located at downtown Chicago for a period of 10 years. This property will be used for academic and administrative functions.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is soliciting information from qualified respondents regarding the availability of class “A” office space for academic and administrative functions in the area bordered by Kinzie Avenue on the north, Congress Parkway on the south, Dearborn on the east and Jefferson Street on the west in downtown Chicago. The space will house the UIUC Executive MBA program, MS Tax program, UIUC Campus Development offices including DIA, Admissions and records, Alumni career center and a variety of other office uses. Currently these functions are housed in 40,000 rentable sq. ft. at 200. S. Wacker. The preferred term is 10 years with a onetime right to terminate after 5 years.
