The University wishes to lease office space located at or near the UIC campus for a period of five years with options. This property will be used for hospital general administrative function.
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting information from qualified Respondents regarding the availability of leased space for the UIC Hospital. The leased space will be used for hospital general administrative functions and must be near the UIC campus. The awarded office space lease will be for an initial period of five years with options to renew.
