The University wishes to lease medical office space located at or in downtown Chicago for a period of 5 years with options. This property will be used for medical consults/office functions.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting information from qualified respondents regarding the availability of approximately 4,900 square feet of space for the UIC Department of Ophthalmology. The leased space will be used for medical consultations and office functions related to the delivery of patient services.
