Project Description
Student Center East Tower is a high traffic building and the toilet rooms are worn and do not meet ADA. This project is to renovate toilet rooms on the second and third floor of SCET.
This Project is located at: Student Center East Tower 710 S Halsted Chicago, IL 60607
A prebid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held person at Student Center East Tower (SCET) 710 S. Halsted St. in Room 603. The walk thru will be done after prebid meeting ends at 9:00 AM on 01/10/22.
Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
