Project Description
The scope of this project includes complete removal of the existing granite paving system, both on grade and at the roof level, removal of the existing waterproofing system, inspection of the structural concrete slabs, renovation of the slabs as required, installation of a new waterproofing system, installation of new insulation where required, installation of a new removable paving system, repair and replacement of the existing drainage system as necessary and other related work.

A/E Submittals
Firms should submit four copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB pre-qualification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2002, addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

A/E Minimum Qualifications
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an Architect in the State of Illinois
  • Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
