Project Description
The project consists of remodeling existing space and installing mechanical support area in the vacated kitchen/dining space on the first floor of the Health and Human Development Sciences Building.
Proposals
Firms should submit 6 copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., September 13, 2001, addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
