Project Description
This project consists of remodeling of the remaining offices and labs for theResearch Resources Center in the Medical Sciences Building and the creation of a Biological Safety Lab2 (BSL2) possibly BSL3. The scope of the work includes general lab remodeling and demolition, extensions and/or some upgrades to the plumbing, HVAC & electrical systems supporting these areas, and relocation of labs and remodeling to improve operation of this highly technical department.
A/E Submittals
Firms should submit four (4) copies of the following: a letter of interest, a list of the proposed staff and the staff's specific relevant experience, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 10, 2002 addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
