Project Description
The project consists of the design and construction of a new clinical research center on 5 East, South Wing of the UIC Hospital. Expansion of the existing core lab is required.

Remodeling will be based on previously approved preliminary design documents prepared by another architect/engineer for an NIH Grant.

Proposals
Firms should submit four copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 14, 2001 addressed to:

Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an architect/engineer in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Business presence in Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system

Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
