The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Loading Dock Roof Replacement, School of Public Health and Psychiatric Institute, Chicago.

Project Description
The project involves complete removal of the existing roofing system and installation of a new built-up roofing membrane with tapered insulation.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held in Room 244 of the Office for Capital Programs, 1140 South Paulina Street, Chicago, Illinois 60612 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, October 25, 2002. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
