Description of Project
The scope of professional services will include full design and construction administration services for the Clinical Sciences North Building (CSN) East Wing including the development of scope and construction documents for masonry repairs and replacement of steel windows with energy efficient and Illinois Historic Preservation Agency approved windows. The scope of services for the Campus Health Services building will include the development of a master plan of building envelope repairs/replacements and construction documents with additive alternates to best utilize the CDB appropriated funds.
Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:
- Licensed to practice as an engineering or architectural firm in the State of Illinois.
- Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
- Business presence in Illinois
- Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
Architect/Engineer selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
