The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the various buildings critical inspections of building facades at Chicago project.
Project Description
The project involves providing swing stages, work platforms, pipe scaffolding, men, and equipment to allow a consultant access to the building fa�ades to complete a hands-on critical inspection of various buildings at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Thursday, October 16, 2003. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1140 South Paulina Street, Chicago, Illinois in Room 244 at 10:00 am. prevailing time on Tuesday, October 7, 2003. Representatives of the owner and the professional services consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
