Between the north and south bays along the east and west (ground level) will be totally open. Additionally the south elevation will have a structural steel canopy with a zinc coated roof. Cladding of the middle three levels shall consist of architectural precast along the four elevations made of vertical architectural precast panels having a combination of finishes including accents of faux limestone with half brick cladding cast integrally into the panels. Cladding of the upper two levels shall consist of a metal grating system attached vertically to a stainless steel support structure. The two stair towers along the north and the two stair/elevator towers, each with two traction elevators shall be constructed with a combination of cast in place concrete, painted exposed structural steel and glazed aluminum curtain wall.
