hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the
remodeling the McKinley Health Center at the Urbana campus project.
Project Description
The project consists of remodeling the existing interior, including new finishes, partitions and casework, new mechanical units, new lighting, replace the slate roof, new flashing, and tuckpoint existing chimneys.
Bid Proposals
Bids for Divisions II through VI will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, August 13, 2002. Bids for Division I will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, August 20, 2002.

Pre-Bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held Room 222, McKinley Health Center, 1109 S. Lincoln Avenue, Urbana, IL, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday, July 31, 2002. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
