Project Description
The project is to renovate the interior of Lecture Center A1 in LC-A (Bldg. 604A) located at 805 S. Morgan Street, Chicago, Il. The interior renovation of the 400 seat auditorium (including miscellaneous spaces on first floor and in basement) will include in addition to demolition; new finishes, acoustic materials (walls and ceilings), whiteboards, ADA seating locations, lighting, electrical distribution to lighting and AV equipment, ventilation, extension of the building’s fire sprinklers, etc. Owner to supply and install new seating.
