The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Chicago Circle Center - 3rd and 4th floor south glass replacement at the Chicago campus project.
Project Description
The project includes re-glazing of existing 3rd and 4th floor windows on the south and of the Chicago Circle Center. Included is modification of existing window frames from inside glazed to outside glazing utilizing new steel tube glazing stops etc.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 am. prevailing time, on April 6,2004, for Division 35 (Windows/Entrance Door Work) at 750 South Halsted St. Chicago, IL. Submit all proposals to the Board of Trustees at:

Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 AM local time, on Tuesday, April 6, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Chicago Circle Center, 750 South Halsted Street, Room 389S, at 10:30 am., prevailing time on March 30, 2004. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
